How to Activate and Renew Your Digital Extras
Pair your vehicle and activate Digital Extras right from the app.
The Mercedes-Benz App lets you pair your vehicle and activate Digital Extras like Remote Engine Start, Remote Door Lock & Unlock, Vehicle Locator and more, all on-the-go. Simply scan the QR code in the vehicle’s multimedia system, or enter your Vehicle Identification Number in the app to pair your vehicle.5 9 Then activate your Digital Extras in the settings in the Garage menu. If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Assistance Centre or your Mercedes-Benz dealer.
On-demand via the Mercedes-Benz Store
The Mercedes-Benz Store enables you to purchase digital on-demand upgrades for your vehicle or renew Mercedes-Benz Digital Extras after the complimentary trial. Simply log in with your existing Mercedes me ID, add the eligible products for your vehicle to the shopping basket and check out. If you have any questions please contact our Customer Assistance Centre and our agents will assist with information or purchases on the store.

- QR code only available on MBUX-equipped vehicles. Some older- generation vehicles are unable to be paired to your account directly through the app. Please contact your local dealer for assistance with these vehicles.
- Remote Start not available on all plug-in hybrids and electric vehicles, and SLC, SL and AMG GT models.
- Included in the Mercedes-Benz App.
- The services require that the corresponding optional equipment is installed in the vehicle.
