I’m delighted to share my memorable experience with the dealership. I have always wanted an E 450 coupe, and there could not be a better place than this. Even though I made up my mind about the car, I was hesitant to seal the deal, but due to the friendliness and professionalism of Tim Gobuyan and his top-notch customer care skills, he has convinced me 100% to get the car. He was accommodating and easy to reach. At the delivery of the vehicle, he was also there to welcome me and ensure I had the best experience. I was happy to meet Ali Youssif, who gave me the experience of owning a Mercedes by the reception and explaining all the car features.
I’m thankful for all the pleasant treatment I have received, and I owe it to Tim and Ali. And I love my car!
My experience with Mercedes-Benz Downtown (Ottawa) was very positive.
My adventure to purchase a car started with Duleep and Guan. Both are very easy to speak to, have good taste and offer solid suggestions. They have been patient with me as well as I did a factory order, and changed a few items here and there even after I initially put down my order (it was significant, I changed the colour of the leather seats and dash, and it was not a problem at all).
I also dealt with Holli who was very helpful with the financing, and took care of everything with ease and professionalism.
Finally, whilst the wait was about 6 months, it was well worth it in the end. My car was actually even nicer in reality than what I had expected in my mind. Ali walked through features with me and helped with some questions I had, and followed up with an email offering to sit down with me again to explore features in the car if I felt the need.
This is a very well run dealership; you walk in and they are always quick to offer assistance or guide you through the lineup if you have queries. When you purchase a vehicle, they are also well coordinated and organized which helps clients immensely as buying expensive cars can at time be nerve wracking, given all the paperwork, the large bank transaction, etc. They make it a very enjoyable and they ensure that you are familiar with the product before you hit the road.
If you are in the market for a luxury car, I would suggest that you visit this dealership and speak to the staff; they are kind, humorous, knowledgeable and engaging.
Excellent Service! From the moment I arrived all the staff were welcoming and made sure to make me feel comfortable by offering refreshments and seating. Duleep was my sales Rep and was very accommodating and understood my needs he was friendly, helpful and available at anytime to assist me even by phone. He got me in the perfect color and model that I was looking for. Jackie was my financial advisor who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he was also very patient and hospitable offering me refreshments on my pick up date before doing all the paperwork. He explained all the financial aspects clearly made it an easy process. Talya was my delivery specialist, she was excellent in explaining all the features of the car and patiently answering all my questions and testing out features I had issues with. She also emailed me after and assured me that i can always keep in touch with her for any questions I may have in the future. Leah was the sales manager who also did her part in helping me get the best deal possible and take advantage of as many incentives as I could. Thanks again to all the staff as they provided me with gifts and even a commemoration on my pick up day. I am glad that I chose Mercedes-Benz Ottawa Downtown. I feel like I am apart of the family now!
I am so grateful to the service team, and in particular, James, for exceptional service, thoroughness, and kindness. Leading up to and during the holidays when my GLC was being assessed and repaired, James went far beyond any reasonable service standard. And I must also must credit Dan, the warranty manager. I recently purchased a new GLE53 from Ogilvy Mercedes Downtown and I am so happy with my new car. The experience of looking for a new car and going through all the selections when “building” my car was exciting with Leah guiding my choices and explaining all the options. Leah frequently reached out to me to let me know where I was in the process. She was a delight to do business with. Once the car arrived Ali gave me a walk through of all the bells and whistles, there are many! .
