Masaki and Ryan were fair and straightforward with the trade-in process, and Ming was excellent to deal with—honest, responsive, and easy to work with. Jiahao made the financing simple and clear, and Talya did a great job walking me through the AMG features on delivery. Overall, a smooth and professional experience. Highly recommend this team.

On Monday I purchased my second SUV from Mercedes Ottawa Downtown. As usual I received incredible service. Elias El Fallah, my sales consultant was excellent. He had a positive attitude, listened to what I was looking for and made me feel respected…great asset !! Elias was very patient and always took the time to check out the various options I was thinking of buying. I also wanted to give a big thank you to Jiahao Zhang, finance manager for his help, great experience !!! Furthermore I wanted to also give big thanks to Talya Bouchard, Dealership product specialist. I really appreciated her expertise, taking her time going through the numerous details and technology that comes with my new GLA. What can I say about this dealership? Absolutely amazing. My wife asked me to price out a 2022 GLC 300 Coupe for her. Not only did we buy it, I also picked up a GLC 43 AMG for myself. Atdhe Sadiku was our representative and delivery specialist who made this whole experience worthwhile and fun. He took ample time to ensure we understood every single feature and made sure I always had a fresh coffee in hand. Fair trade-in prices for our vehicles and great pricing on our new ones. We Absolutely love our new Mercedes SUVs. The whole team including Atdhe, Leah, Holli and Jiahao are to be commended for a great vehicle buying experience. 5 stars all the way. Thanks guys!

Excellent Team

"This is the second time my wife took a lease at Mercedes Benz Ottawa (Ogilvie Mercedes Benz). Excellent team of dealership professionals. Let's start withe the sales guy, Jiahao Zhang. He came with us during the test drive of 2 cars, a GLB 250 and GLC 300, shows us the most notable features and he drove us to areas with rough roads to show how well the vehicles can take it. Then he lets me drive the cars. Never had that experience before in test driving a vehicle - that's what I call a real professional. During the nogotiation phase, he did his best to get the best price we want. Jiahao also replies right away to emails, provides me everything I need from quotes and questions - that he even replies on weekends, and follows up regularly via phone calls. That is customer service at it's best. As well, Leah Massih - the Financial Services Manager was very accomodating and professional and we have a pleasant time with her. The showrooms were really impressive too and everybody were friendly. During the delivery day, my wife's 2021 GLC 300 was neatly covered and with a giant red ribbon - with my wife's name on it. Was really impressed. They really make you feel important. I have attached a picture on how my wife's car looks like during delivery. And it was Jiahao himself who acted as the delivery specialist (even if it is not his job) to show us the operation and features of my wife's brand new car during pickup. I first met Jiahao as a delivery specialist when I took my BMW 330i at another dealership 3 years ago and I was already impressed by his work at that time. Now he does both jobs as sales person and delivery specialist just for us. What more could you ask for? More power to OMB and keep up the good work!"

Great Customer Experience

I have been a customer of Mercedes-Benz Ottawa Downtown ever since its previous name Mercedes-Benz Ogilvie for almost 20 years. I had purchased three vehicles there and continued have them serviced there ever since. The sale, service and parts consultants there are always most pleasant to deal with, and not the least also the courtesy ride service as well. I recently purchased my fourth vehicle there. The sale consultant Mr Zarjan and Ms Leah and the service team there continue making this another most pleasant experience.
