Unveiled a few weeks ago in pictures, the all-new 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE will make its official entry into the market next spring after its unveiling in person at the Paris Motor Show in October.
The all-new 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE is fully redesigned and evolves at every level. More spacious with the possibility of welcoming 7 passengers on board, the GLE will also be entitled to new technologies including one that ensures impeccable handling in all conditions.

E-Active Body: a technology exclusive to the new 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE
The 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE will be equipped with a technology called E-Active Body, an exclusive suspension system that adjusts continuously according to road conditions to provide the best comfort and handling.
This system is also very useful in off-road driving since it allows the driver to adjust the height of the suspension to each wheel independently. The GLE will also be entitled to a responsive all-wheel drive system that can distribute power between the axles in a 0-100 ratio to ensure flawless stability at all times.
Among the other novelties found in the new GLE, there is a dashboard redesigned from the ground up and much more modern and luxurious. The infotainment system also includes the new MBUX system that uses artificial intelligence and a highly evolved voice control system to make life on board much more enjoyable.
Several engines for the new 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE
The 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE will be powered by a standard turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 255 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque. This engine will be more fuel efficient than the entry-level six-cylinder engine found in the current GLE.
The GLE 450 will be entitled to a 3.0-liter engine developing 362 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. An electric motor combined with the 6-cylinder engine makes it possible to obtain an additional 22 horses when needed in addition to reducing consumption.
