Our first look at the new Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV interior
August 17 2022,
Mercedes-Benz is launching a full lineup of new electric vehicles that started with the EQS sedan and continued with the EQS SUV and EQE sedan. Soon, Mercedes-Benz will have a full lineup of EV's including the EQC and EQB, but the next model to arrive will be launched in October with the introduction of the new Mercedes EQE SUV.
We don't have all of the details just yet on the new EQE VUS, but we do know that it will feature a stunning and luxurious interior. Indeed, Mercedes EQ unveiled a first image of the EQE SUV interior that shows us the layout of the cockpit. The rest of the model will be unveiled in full on October 16.
Similar to other Mercedes-Benz EQ models, the new EQE SUV will feature the massive Hyperscreen as an available option as well as premium and sustainable materials throughout. The large EQE SUV Hyperscreen houses the latest MBUX infotainment system with advanced voice connectivity and commands capability. Moreover, the Hyperscreen features three digital screens including a passenger screen, and it pairs exceptional functionality with a remarkable design.
The interior features a blend of modern materials such as aluminum, and refined trims that include wood and other soft materials. The colour scheme in the image is one of five available combinations for the new EQE SUV and combines balao brown with neva grey and biscay blue/black.
The new 2024 Mercedes EQE SUV will be a sportier and more compact model that will join the EQS SUV. We expect the EQE to feature the same powertrain lineup as the sedan, meaning a range topping 677 hp dual motor set up in the EQE 53 with the entry-level model getting a 469 hp electric motor.
