Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated, well-spoken, and energetic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our sales team. The Salesperson will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Conduct product presentations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of Mercedes Benz vehicles.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience from start to finish.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Utilize effective sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals and maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits in a compelling manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed and a willingness to take initiative.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
