The 2022 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet
April 22 2022,
The 2022 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet is a luxurious and comfortable four-seater convertible that is full of the latest technologies.
The comfort
The 2022 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet makes your comfort a priority by integrating some of the most advanced features in its category. For example, the Airscarf system allows you to lower the roof even when the weather is cool by blowing warm air on your neck via an air register placed between the seat and the headrest. Another feature that improves comfort with the roof down is the Aircap system, which features an adjustable wind deflector on the top of the windshield and a mesh element between the rear headrests which combine to move the wind over the car instead of inside the passenger compartment in order to allow for a quiet and draft free experience for everyone, even when the rear seats are occupied. When the top is up, the available three-zone automatic climate control maintains three different temperatures inside the cabin in order to suit the preferences of the driver, the passenger and the rear seat occupants. The ventilated front seats are available to cool you down faster in the summer and if you want to drive your E-Class Cabriolet during winter, the optional heated armrests work in conjunction with the heated seats and steering wheel to make everything you touch more pleasant.
The performances
The 2022 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet is not only a very comfortable and luxurious cruiser, it is also a dynamic performance car. Two trim levels are offered and they differ in terms of power output. The E450 4Matic is equipped with a turbocharged 3.0L inline six-cylinder engine that features a mild hybrid system that boosts torque at low speeds with a small electric motor integrated in the transmission. This system is capable of producing 362 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. For even more power and a more dynamic feel, the Mercedes-AMG E 53 4Matic is capable of delivering 429 horsepower and 384 lb-ft of torque with the same engine.
