The tournament was held at Loch March Golf and Country Club.
Heart disease is the number one cause of death for women over the age of 35 and while heart disease is declining among men, it is increasing among women. That is why it is important to raise awareness about heart disease and how it can affect women, and why the Jeanne Fuller Red Dress Charity Golf Classic is such an important event that Mercedes-Benz Ottawa is very happy to be a part of.
Over the years, the event has grown and is now recognized as one of the most important and influential charity golf tournaments in Ottawa. The Jeanne Fuller Red Dress Charity Golf Classic is a sell out every year, and there is even a waiting list. Every dollar that is collected during the tournament will be donated to the Canadian Women’s Heart Health Center in order to help with research and to allow the center to continue providing women with invaluable resources in regards to heart health.
Along with the tournament, the day will be filled with other activities including yoga, a golf clinic and even massages. The golf tournament will be hosted by Mark Fuller.
Mercedes-Benz Ottawa feels that is very important to give back, and takes a particular interest in helping the Ottawa community. We are proud to be able to sponsor such a noble and important event. The money collected during the Jeanne Fuller Red Dress Charity Golf Classic will help improve the lives of women all across Canada, and we could not think of a more worthy cause to sponsor.
